Sustain

Cleaning up after the adultsMaking sure that future generations are able to enjoy trot streams that are hopefully in better shape that they are today is one focus of NMTU.  And making sure there are future generations interested in protecting our streams is essential to the health of our environment.

NMTU’s Public Lands Initiative is working to protect our state and federal lands so that future generations get to enjoy them.

On the education front, the Truchas Chapter now has a vibrant youth education program, including running Trout in the Classroom at several schools across the state. You can follow the Truchas Chapter Youth Education Program at their blog.
